Wondering which Mac is right for you? Apple has several models to meet both your tech needs and wallet. From desktop (iMac, Mac mini, Mac Pro) to laptop (MacBook Air, MacBook, MacBook Pro), BlueBadger's spec guides can put you on the path to superior computing.
MacBook Air Specs
Faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, the MacBook Air doesn't lay claim to leaping tall buildings, but it is the thinnest ultra-light laptop currently on the market. Apple launched the Air to much fanfare in January, 2008. Its slim build and sleek design will make it a hit with the light-weight crowd. Personally, I couldn't use it. At this size, I would rip the hinges off opening it. I'll stick with my MacBook Pro. But you don't have to.

In-Depth MacBook Air Reviews
"As was heavily predicted before its unveiling, Apple's new laptop, called the MacBook Air, is not quite an ultraportable but is still very small. Mimicking the 13-inch silhouette of the current MacBook line, it's .76-inch thick at its thickest part. Apple calls it the "world's thinnest notebook." Though the MacBook Air is not quite the thinnest laptop ever, it is among the thinnest we've seen (the Fujistu LifeBook Q2010 and the Toshiba Portege R500 both measure 0.8 inch thick, but neither tapers to 0.16 inch as the Air does)." more from cnet.com...
"Ever since the MacBook and MacBook Pro arrived in 2006 and brought about the end of the cult-favorite 12-inch PowerBook G4 model, fans of small, light laptops have been hoping that Apple would come out with a Mac that was smaller than the 13-inch MacBook. With the introduction of the MacBook Air, Mac users now have a three-pound laptop to call their own." more from macworld.com...
"Browsing through Apple's growing list of products, you'll find there's no shortage of lightweight yet still powerful laptops that rival, and to some extent surpass, many of their Windows counterparts. For instance, there are the MacBook Pro 17-inch and 15-inch laptops, arguably the lightest in their respective categories. But for quite some time now, Apple fanatics have been calling for something that can actually be classified as an ultraportable, something that breaks the 4-pound barrier. Finally, Apple has answered with the Apple MacBook Air ($1,799 direct)." more from pcmag.com...
